More fun than train or plane spotting I think, though they are definitely outdone by our own 1960s "bermtoeristen", 'roadside tourists' setting up their folding chairs (and more!) on the grass near a busy road, to watch the cars go by.... :biggrin:

This Dutch "roadside tourism" is hilarious...I loved it!
As to Gongoozling - Whenever I have an out of country visitors I make it a point to take them to the Welland Canal locks. I still think it is fascinating and I don't mind if you call me Gongoozler...
