Well even after being dragged thru 16 I still don't see the logic? I would love for someone to tell me how to write my notes for this please!

Every one is so far ahead! Embarrased to say stuck on level 10. I have looked and looked but not coming up with anything. Must be easy cuz not much in here. :embarasse
