got stuck at level 25.. i've been stuck here for almost 3 days already..

i got the audio file and saw the audio file using

but still i dont have any idea on what i am looking for.. i mean i saw the m**** c*** but i dont know how to translate it.. i cant decode it..


any hints?

go to PH,
it has a good M**** c*** decoder, write it on a paper, and then use that decoder
