At the moment, I am out of brain cells after hammering at this riddle almost all day, so XXXVI is continuing to taunt me. :doubt:

Well, it's quite clear if you just want to answer the question in the title :smile: but I was already drifting of in Assembly and Enumeration Districts myself, before leaning back and looking again, lol.

Not having any luck with XXXVII so far, even though I already know the exact location of the picture.
The thing about "changes" is weird as well. Not sure if it's supposed to be a hint or just info...
