maidinoz do you have anything for 70?

Do you notice anything similar in all your words? There are not very many words in the English language like that so you should be able to find a list that will help you with the one you're missing. The answer is another word like all the others

Can someone please help me with 48b. I get the insult and broken bones bit but just can't think what the answer can be. Please help it is driving me mad!!!!

The second picture is not broken bones.
Spoiler:
It's a more general term for what they are, and includes various other wounds. When you add that word to the first picture (and the plus sign) you'll get a common phrase.
