on level 23 i can't manipulate the 3 wav files...mediaplayer and quicktime don't recognize the format...what can i do?

Have you got Audacity Iostessa??? It's really good for this level...
If not Sound Recorder in Windows is OK

you need to use Audacity or some audio-manipulating program

the problem is that i don't know how to open the file with audacity...i don't have the option "open url"...and how can i save it?

enter the URL of the files, save it to your desktop, and open them from there

Well I'm totally confused on Lvl 41. Found the stuff in the pics, found 2 temp end pages, several source clues.

So far these all lead to nothing for me.
