If you have found out what language Stage 10 is, then just look up the alphabet with the same name to decode the message on Stage 10a - hope you won't get blind ;)
And then just answer the question in the source.

I'm on the egg page (level 30) with your little buddy. I decoded the page and really unsure what it means. I tried to apply it the level page with out luck.

Nope still looking at the egg page and what I decoded. I still haven't been able to figure out, from I decoded on the egg page, exactly what I'm suppose to use to decode the level page.

31 is going to have to wait for a while, working tonight and the weekend. I'll get this riddle finished maybe some time early summer.
