Help! I'm stuck on thirteen. I see the src stuff and the title, but no idea where to go from there. Any nudges?

Really. I'm kind of stuck. I got the egg, but no idea where to go from there. Saw the stuff in the source, too. NudgeS?

using a converter from base 2 to base 3 I found a number
