I'm stuck on 37, I made all the way back, found a lot of letters and 4 numbers, but I think I missed something...I know that "the answer is a word..." and here I get lost...

Anyone able to shed some light on 17?

I got the 2 pictures to get the letters, but entering them in any order doesn't seem to work.
