Ok, Im making progress thanks to Puzld :) Im on 99, Roman IX, Minus 2 & hard 8.

Got 99...onto 100

I am having difficult time with level 16. I read the hints that I should google it but I am still not finding anything. Can somebody help me??

Okay I figured out the other one, now I am stuck on 21. I saw the hint. "let your fingers do the walking" but I still don't get it
