wow...slow down. Last time we saw you, you were only ahead by 6 or 7? Now we are back by oh about 30. Nice work!

Level 99: Got the first part, but I don't understand the second clue. Tried google, but getting too much info, not sure what to look for.

Im stuck on the last bit of Hard 4, got the 4 dig number but the last dig doesnt make sense!
