Ok I give up! 20 must be super easy but doing about 5 different riddles at once is probably making this difficult!! Any hints apart from the obvious source clue hint would be much appreciated!

doesn't it's symbol remind you something else ??
gather your thoughts and then find the answer relating to the number in the source

Majorly stuck on level 4, I've tried loads of options and after 3 days I have to post a message! lol

May I have some help please?

I've tried looking into the mp3 file but I'm not entirely sure where to look!
