I am stuck on level 11, i've gotten this far by myself, and actually know where the blue dot it, but how do you find the coordinates???

A regular picture editor should (XnView, Gimp ...) do.
Even Paint can be used here.

duh, got 11 finally. On 12, i've gotten the other two that i was supposed to, but not sure what they tell me, seems like a clock face but nothing i try works, also try editing in paint but can't find anything.

Editing is not necessary.
Have you found something that sort of "moves" around in the pictures?

do i need to find that specific things name???? i hope not, i've searched all over the internet and have found nothing, i've tried describing it in the url and have gotten nowhere.
