I just started this amazing riddle. now i'm stuck on level 8 and i really can't get the clue. already tried the anagram way but withaou any effort. :-/

SOMETHING HAPPENED AT uTu!!

The pic of Lvl 28 has changed somewhat.

It now says (IMHO) from top to bottom:

Logical would be something like

Tried variations on this theme, but sofar nothing works, just 404's (page not found)

Help! I'm new at this whole riddling thing and I know I'm a little behind most of you...well, a lot behind, but I'm stuck. I think I know the answer for lvl 14, but it doesn't work. Lvl 14 was the one with the chinese machine, some decoding was neded.

Please help me!
