ya...i saw that, but there is no way to find the date of the stuff uploaded...is there? plus, 2004 is too broad...maybe that long number is a date? with other info? i've never used putfile before...anyone familier with it?

I'm not sure how it could be a date...it's got 11 digits, and the last 4 are 2181 or 2161, which is a little too far in the future. :p But I think the 2004 has to be important. I even checked 29.jpg, and it said "29."


Edit: This is a HUGE stretch, but maybe it has something to do with the movie "The Village"? It was made in 2004, and has a lot to do with strange things in a forest.

I'm drawing a complete blank, I tried every cipher method I could find to change those numbers into some kind of word so we could look for something on putfile.com. How about the 8/2/2004 as a result of the 2004.jpg? Just a thought...

i think i've stared at the page for too long...but i've begun to use an anagram solver for the title...because it seems weird (i searched for it, in case it's a quote from a movie or something...but nothing came up)

Also, it doesn't seem like you can check putfile by date, unfortunately.

Edit: Hmm, it looks like The Village was released around 8/2/2004 (since, maybe, he's in Europe, 2/8/2004 = Aug 2, 2004?).

tried a few things in that direction, but nothing so far. but maybe i'm completely off track...no, i'm sure i am completely of track lol.
and can't make use of the number at all.

In 2004 Robert Smith did an interview with a magazine. the title of the article was IF YOU GO INTO THE WOODS TODAY.
But so far I've not found anything that helps

For what it's worth, I'm rethinking my stand that the last digit is a 1. The bf suggested that it looked like a colon. Maybe we're supposed to log into an account? So it's Number(login):Password. I tried Number:2004, but that didn't work. (though, my number may be wrong)

Kinda farfetched...don't think I've ever seen a riddle where we had to do that...send info yes.. there WAS one that did do that but he got so slammed with spam/junk and nastiness that he shut down the entire riddle (I htink it was GoogleWhacked).

Is everybody as desperate as me about lvl 28?

I think I'm starting to see things, for example:

the pic number is 2004(.jpg) instead of 28(.jpg)

2004 / 28 = 71,571428571428571428 etc etc

keeps repeating 571428

That is the same as 4 / 7 = 0,571428571428


142857 however (71,571428571428571428 ) is a so called 'cyclic number'

Haven't got a clue yet what to do with this probably totally obsolete chunk of information, but if I'm going insane, why shouldn't you'all????
