Part 2 - Look in the source...what's changed?

Re: Soulmanager

I got 28.
My god that's hard!!!

Spoiler:
I knew it had to to with prime factorisation!! booyaa!!

The source clue shows "the first is two, the second is three but the third is five".
So convert this to 1. = 2, 2. =3, 3. =5, etc....

Then you need to use prime factorisation for each row.
Each row has atleast 1 number in it. Use this number as the exponential for the prime number for that column. And then use the prime factor equation. You will get a number that you have to convert into a letter.

The answer is a word, not letters. ie: 6 rows = 6 letters

No.

Spoiler:
The numbers in the source just point you in the direction that you should be looking at prime numbers.

You do need to use the other part of the source.
1. =2, 2. =3, 3.=5 and continue this to 10. =

Once that is done, use the prime factorisation method to use the header with the table numbers as suggested in my last spoiler message.

Prime Factorisation eg: 12=2^2*3^1

Not correct.
Spoiler:
You aren't using the Prime Factorising method. Research this. It looks something like 12=2^2*3^1 (Do you understand this??) You need to otherwise you won't solve it.

n=p1^y*p2^z <-- do this 6 times

My original hint still stands and should be enough info.
You need to use prime factorisation for each row.
Each row has atleast 1 number in it. Use this number as the 'power' for the prime number for that column. And then use the prime factor equation. You will get a number that you have to convert into a letter.

Re: Soulmanager

Has anyone else had any luck with 28? I thought I understand what LLTC's hint suggested, but I'm still not getting anywhere. :) Here's where my problem is:

Spoiler:
I've been using the prime factorization but the letters they are converting to, doesn't give me any words. I don't want to give it away but here's what I'm doing using a made up row. :winky: If say my in row 2 I had a 2 and then in row 7 I had a one. Then I would get this:

3^2*15^1 = 135

Now using my conversion method, the letter I'd get would be: E.

Is this the correct method?

I'd appreciate any help. :) Thanks!

edit: Got it! :) Thanks, Tiffy! :hug4 On to 29.
