It's not a good idea to requesting answers on this site npfan - they won't be given as it's outside the forum rules.

From what I understand, you've been given all the information you need and as a result, no one else can help you with it from this point on. I strongly suggest you start thinking for yourself now.

Do you have photoshop? - If you do, do you understand the basics of it? If so then try image manipulation!

At least try a few things out for yourself before you ask for help

Interesting, because from what I can see (and I haven't even done this level), you've been given every single bit of information for this level that you possibly can be given short of actually being given the answer.
