For Lvl 12, recall that there are ways other than horizontally to read riddles ;) Note the title of the page?

For Lvl19, try reading the clue taking out the "not" parts. Once you figure out to what that refers, then you'll get an egg that helps you with the rest of the level. The hint in the source is important, but only when you know what to start with :).

I'm a bit suprised that the answer isn't metallica or some lyrics from the song. It's not even the album name.
