Still stuck on 41 after two days.. i tried ciphering it nothing works

Hi suzanne - just to point u in the right direction - this is a word riddle. look at the sentence, first letters, last letters, initials, etc ... you will come up with two words.

The important words in this riddle is "every other"

First off, if you need help with a certain level, we need a hint as to what that level is (page title, picture, url, etc)
Now, if someone could give me a clue to what level 50 requires(Number50,all the pages w/various numbers,) perhaps I could finish bestriddle and get some @#$*^)&! sleep. Tnx
