stuck on room 76.... any help?

I am a nine-letter word.

Letters 7-5-1 spell a paucity.

Letters 4-2-9-5 spell something that is given away.

Letters 6-8-3-5 spell a very old character.

this is room 76... any help?

i first didnt know what a "paucity" was so on dictionary.com, i looked it up. heres what it said: paucity

n : an insufficient quantity or number



so letters 7-5-1 spell a paucity then its a 3 letter word meaning minority? any help? ive still got ??G?SB?U




EDIT:Wait, but then the paucity would have to be a three letter word and in the middle is "s". help?

Hey! any advances on room 10 or 12? I have gone back to everyroom and considered the possibility of an alternative answer but still nothing comes to my mind.

Me too. I am not finding anything. We are missing something. I don't know what it is, but we will find it eventually. I am trying to work out dif. answers for some of the word puzzles, but that is not working. Just at a loss right now???
