I know they arent in order, washington and jefferson are but it seems lincoln comes after jackson i dont know whats going on there

Im on 19 now but im stuck. The numbers go up in 3 each time so i did the sum 1 + 4 + 7 + 10 + 13 +16 +
100 which made 151, it didnt work. A big hmmmmm for this one but irs probably really obvious.
