The creator made it because he thought that riddles like Notpron were too hard.

When I said I had the lily and saved afterwards, I apparently misremembered where I had saved! (I generally play in the evening and post questions in the morning, so I forgot.) Major whew.
I noticed the spaces and removed them from the text. When I paste it there are some dots which I assume is part of normal Japanese, so I didn't delete those. I don't know what else I can do since I don't know a stitch of Japanese... :(
edit: I GOT IT!!! I followed your post #406 and found I missed the space 5th from the end. I had been using Ragtolin's post and, well, THANKS!!!

I looked up the numbers I was given (2 26) in the book in the large room on 3F. I thought it was a teleporter code, but when I tried it (cleops) nothing happened, so I must be wrong?

Can you get me a screencap of the numbers? There's more that you need to know than just the numbers, but since it's in Japanese I can't explain it to you until I see it. (In other words, I need to know which month it's referring to.)

I went thru the conversation with the blonde again just to be sure it was 2 26. In one screen I had a 2 and 26 (separated by quite a few characters but still on the same line), and after the convo was over and I talked to her again, she gave me just 26. I looked at the book again and just grabbed all the "26" codes. Turns out the one that worked seemed to be 3/26. I'll pm you with the pictures.

But I'm DONE!!! Woot! Good ending and all! I've been zapped red, zapped blue, stabbed, and finally came home to a fairy!
Hats off, deep bows, and a round of strong drinks and rep points to LunaHoshino, Aurora, Ragtolin and geschmackssache for all their patient help.
Here's a little tip that may help with the bells and rings...I'm not a very good at sound. I used windows sound recorder and put a mike to my speakers, saved the sound, then I could walk around and play back while I wandered around 2F playing the bells in boxes.

That is a good tip. What I ended up doing was
opening two windows, one for bell cabinet and one for running all over looking for bells so I could list them.
