How about a glass of warm milk, some lavender scents, soothing music, and NO CHOCOLATE OR CAFFINE UP TO 6 OR 8 HOURS BEFORE BED. trust me, the first time I did the last part, I got a full nights sleep. Really.

did you try the no chocolate or caffine thing for at least 6-8 hours? IT WORKS so well, really. Better, that plus the warm milk.
