I use flash for my drawings and then i use paintshop pro 8 for effects if i want effects.

Speaking of a tablet i might be getting one sometime soon.

Death! I'm back...

And my hopes for a PhD are in New Testament/Early Church studies. Specifically looking at the practices of worship and the scriptural mandates for worship.

Ok... y'all can wake up now. :silly:

It's a subject that I love, and an area of real interest right now in the Church.

We'll see. Have to finish this Master's degree first.

You're studying it in theology i recall the masters mean...????? It must feel rewarding to do something you love or have a passion for.....
I'm sure you'll be very successful in it....for that reason....
What made you decide to choose this field of study....just interest? or career?
i'm hoping to start a PhD this september provided the Masters goes well.....

Yes, I'm working toward a Masters of Divinity. Once I have that, I can be ordained to be a pastor.

After a few years of pastoring in churches, I hope to get the PhD. Then y'all can call me Dr. Ariel! :cheesy:

As for why... that's a long story. But, I truly believe that this is what God is calling me to do with my life.

And you? What is your Master's in? What are you hoping to study for your PhD?

OoOo.....now thats really touching... its something you feel very close to....i looked through the link you posted....it does cover a broad range of things....how is it all assessed???
It sounds tough....a lot of reading i imagine...but seeing as how much you enjoy it....it seems like you'll enjoy it....!
Does that mean you also learn ancient greek/hebrew?
Hopefully one day i can discover the story that inspired you....i'm sure its moving....

Oh my Masters is in Biochemistry....nothing quite as philosophical or deep as your field...
My PhD will hopefully be in a dynamic research area yet to be determined as i'll have to see whats available....!!
