can I make a slight suggestion labby? if you go and look at the .png (fireworks default code) for your av and then look at the frame box on the right you will see there is a number 7 after the frame number. If you double click this it brings up a box that allows you to change the frame rate. Maybe if you slow this down to 15 or so (on both frames - you can shift I think to highlight all the frames) it will give your av a smoother flow.

It took me a while to find out I could change that!

Unless you like it that fast, in which case dont :lol:

I actually did change it. the frame rate is about 20 for the first and last frame, and 10 for the frames in between
