I did not sleep last night (insomnia) but finally fell asleep at about 9am...woke about 3pm and I feel like I've completely wasted the day! Poo!

I have no idea, i think it is a last desperate try from my doc. I dont think that she knows either.

I have gone to physio, for many months but it didnt help, to be honest, i dont know what to do next, it is so frustrating when nothing seems to help. I really thought that this injections should do the trix, because i felt better after the first time but obviously they didnt.

I am trying to massage myselfe as doc said, but it is not so easy when you hurt in both arms.

The summer holidays for school kids in Norway is starting in about a week. They will have holiday in around 8 weeks.

I am going on holiday to wales for a week with my grandparents... while my sister gets to go to africa! But other then that I have no plans.

I've been to West Africa - The Gambia...It's a great place, I've been twice - for holiday at Christmas and New Year!
