So the Hurricanes won Stanley huh? I'm hoping my Avs can pull it together for next season.

I'm boycotting my local cable company (they are the devil) and I quit making the effort to watch play-offs at sporting places after the Avalanche got knocked out.

zep: was funny at work tonight... right at 7 all the customers disappeared, and then we had a major rush at 10! ...wish i could have watched tonight, even if we did lose :frown:

The last game of Stanley is always intense. I swear, I almost went into cardiac arrest both times the Avs went. I hate that though, when you think your done at work and then a bunch of people come in.

Honestly, Fuzz, I really didn't care who one this time. Usually I go for the Western Conference team if the Avs don't go. So I'm happy for you that Carolina won! It's a great feeling when your team wins. I also know what it's like to have your team lose a big game too...*cough-broncos-cough* So all the Oiler fans, I'm sorry for your loss...

dog is again, out of kennel... just standing there

dog goes into kennel again... stands and stares
i go and shut the door and latch kennel
dog lays down and is content!

zep: i was trying to do 3 jobs at work tonight too... we were so short staffed and besides the supervisor, the other 2 kids were new... i feel for them! :smile:

Truthie, I think we should get our dogs together. Mine does the EXACT same thing. She gets in the kennel thinking it's time for bed and wonders what the heck I'm doing. LOL! What kind of dog do you have?
