heehee cute dog story thruthie. One of my dogs managed to roll out of his basket and was then wiggling about on the floor with his legs up! I think everyone in this house is a complete nutter

rag: sometimes mortgage is cheaper than rent! you just need to save up for legal fees and downpayment... and first year property tax... and moving costs... and so on and so on :lol9:

at least the cat just lays there in a precarious position and looks like she's dead! i've actually checked her to see if she was still alive! :rotfl:

the only problem I had with renting is that you are paying only for the privelige of living there, where as if you buy, you money is going towards the equity of the home.
