Thanks for the offer to help Nor, but it's Fibromyalgia and unfortunately, there is nothing anyone can do to help. I've taken some pain killers but they haven't had any effect so far! Poo!!

I had such a good day yesterday, that I think I did too much hence the pain being so bad today - I can hardly move! Arrghgghhh!!
