I have gone to physio, for many months but it didnt help, to be honest, i dont know what to do next, it is so frustrating when nothing seems to help. I really thought that this injections should do the trix, because i felt better after the first time but obviously they didnt.

I am trying to massage myselfe as doc said, but it is not so easy when you hurt in both arms.
Oh my.... i think i am in a complaining mood today, lets talk about something else :rotfl:

What have you done today, Lucy, except for the sleeping part:)

Jack, i am just hurting in both my arms because i have calcification in my elbows.

I haven't really done anything else today - just catching up on sleep! Very boring day! It's maddening because it's such gorgeous weather here today!

Yea Jack, I guess school is pretty boring, but won't be long now before the summer holidays ay!

The summer holidays for school kids in Norway is starting in about a week. They will have holiday in around 8 weeks.

The summer holidays start in 7 weeks and they are 6 weeks long :) I can't wait! :biggrin:
