Avsf, my birthday was just fab. We had a girls night out right here in the pub, and it was a blast, so much fun:)

I did not sleep last night (insomnia) but finally fell asleep at about 9am...woke about 3pm and I feel like I've completely wasted the day! Poo!

I have no idea, i think it is a last desperate try from my doc. I dont think that she knows either.
