It's always risky trying to give your own opinion. I have some pretty contraversial views sometimes and I'd hate for things to come across wrong and for people to not like me! Trying to explain things on the internet can be hard!

I'm doing good thanks. Sounds like you are in an English time zone. The time zones can be pretty trippy. my friend's from England and on her way to New Zealand she completely lost a day. Between all the different tiem zones she flew through one day just never existed for her. Pretty weird!

Yep, I'm in England. I was freaked out enough flying to the states and more importantly flying back. I was flying east as the sun came up so I watched the sunrise in such a short time it was amazing

Well, I for one am ACHING. I was up till 10.30 last night putting undercoat on the freshly plastered walls in my little boys bedroom. It is so hard to do!! It doesn't spread like normal, the plaster just sucks the paint in like a hoover. Twice as long to paint than normal, at least I had a large glass of beer to help me along.

I have more to do today, I'm not looking forward to it, but on the other hand I am because I love to decorate. I just wish the walls weren't so thirsty :frown:

Aww I know what you mean about freshly plastered walls, I usually by really cheap emulsion and slop it on!

Well first thing got a puncture so my whole days testing was out, and then the whole house move is proving rather stressful..could be moving in 2 weeks or could all fall through, we might find ourselves with a huge bill for drain repairs, I'm just up one minute at the moment and down the next...I like things settled I can't be doing with all this messing about

That's what I have, homebase basic emulsion. I'm thinking I must just be out of shape and need some serious upper body excersise :biggrin: .

Bath tonight I reckon (to soak my muscles you understand), with a biiiggg glass of lovely wine.
