I think the best part of this is... that as I say I need to loose weight too and listen to rachel talk about it... I m stuffing my face with hot dog michigan and a ginger ale lol... and Im about to take a nap... oh my

i dont really worry about it-- i feel 1000000 times better about everything when i dont weight as much- just emotionally. also some peopel have to worry about it-- like my bf , all of the men on his moms side of the family have heart issues due to weight/cancer from smoking/drinking etc. runs in the family.

You guys are talking about loosing weight? Ugh, that's something I'm working on now. I've actually lost about 8/10 lbs so far. :biggrin: Hoping for a bit more though. LOL But I was kinda bad today when I went out to lunch with some co-workers, I ended up getting a burger and fries! LOL

I'm lucky that there isn't much wrong in my family (healthwise) It just bugs me when doctors or random people start talking to me about eating disorders and healthy eating :rolleyes: My mum got in a right strop with the doctor and starting going on about breeding rats from mice (no idea :rotfl:)
