I gots a question before I go and do my Java homework...

what exactly is half term? Doesn't the school year in Britain finish somewhere @ the end of May or the middle of June?

I remember y'all telling about when the school year is but I've forgotten half of it.

I know that for here in the US, generally the school year starts anywhere between mid August to the beginning of September and ends anywhere from the end of May to mid June. "Half term" for me would be the spring break- March/April. or Thanksgiving break- end of November. Semester break would be end of December (2 weeks usually...for pre college...many colleges do 4 weeks).

Norway, I don't mind you asking at all. :biggrin: I'm actually an engineer. Right now what I do isn't really too much engineering. I'm more of a consultant so I'm on the computer all day. :) And on Nordinho. :lol9:

Yup! :nodder: Nordinho keeps me sane. :lol9: Actually there have been times when I don't have much to do at work, so I can usually find something on here to keep me busy! Otherwise, I'd be bored to death. :biggrin:
