I'm good thanks Matx! And the thing about sleeping for a short time is that I don't really have regular meal times - I just eat when I'm hungry! :tongue:

EDIT: Beer, you're absolutely right! But I don't always sleep for only 4 hours a night - only when I'm working early shifts. It's probably about half the time. The rest of the time, I usually get at least seven hours. :smile:

I often wish I needed less sleep but then again I always liked to sleep:)

Children need more sleep than old people because they have more information they need to process. therefore babys and small children sleep for hours and hours and really old people often rarely sleep at all (like my grandmother sleeps for 5 hours)

Yes beer it's true. My grandmother also sleeps 5 hours!! Well she sleeps more than Featch at least lol.

not everyone falls into the rules featch:smile: I am sure you are younger than my grandmother :lol:

Sleep is not a waste of time jack. there has been several experiments in were people were not allowed to sleep and they ended up with health problems and unable to function. they could no longer focus and suffered halluciations. in particular we need REM(rapid eye movemment) sleep to function daily. we use it to process everything we experience through the day and to let the body rest and restore:wink: . sleep is actually very important!!!

The new house is okay. There is a problem with the heating but hopefully next week they will fix it. until then I have blankets:smile:

Maybe It is winter, making people feel more reclusive and less willing to participate.

I think more people will be on during the holidays. not me though. its kinda diffucult to internet at my parents house. I am not allowed to use internet so much. and I am going for four days to germany as well with my family in law.
