u know what i do when i cant sleep start at the head and go thru every part of your body all the way down and tell it to relax. by the time u get all the way down im usually asleep or really relaxed that i soon go to sleep helps for me u might try it.

i should be....but the meds are kicking me in the butt, so i cant sleep too well, plus I'm gonna get some sleep tomorrow when my roomie isnt around.
And i'm listening to music and taking pics of myself, I'm bored....lol
