I am doing the rent thing, now. It is not tooooo bad. Basically, sign over the lease - yada yada. Everything is going well, otherwise :D

Selling houses, now? Egads, I am not up for that bit, anytime soon.

Nope not a great market for it..but hey it's gotta be done...We have a house we wanna buy it's being held for us but it won't be forever.
