unfortunately i may never know what a bunad is, as it's 10 on a thursday and i have to go watch a disturbingly sexy hugh laurie in 'house' before spending the rest of the evening wondering about how disturbing it is. bye bye everyone! twas a grand party.

A bunad is a Norwegian national custum. Some have hats:) Every area has its own bunad and woman and men wear them at special occasions. You can have the bunad from where you live or from where your parents are from.

A bunad is the norwegian national costume, and mine does come with a sort of head gear :)

Indeed, I prefer to think of everyday as an unbirthday for somebody. That being a polite non-answer, I move on... :winky:

Anywho, it is always nice to be able to wish people a happy birthday and learn something new about costumes.

I got a really nice autumn coat in the summer that I have very happily wearing since the weather got cooler :smile:

I spotted some really nice sweater the other day that I think I may go to have another look this lunchtime :biggrin:

its like 2:30 am over here. they delayed my goiung home again to sometime this month which i am started to not believe the doctors anymore after they lied to me so many times. i also have another disease caled graft versus host disease which sucks but its mild and sometimes its god but they are getting rid of it. other than that no clue when im getting out. stupid doctors.
