Re: Nordinho pub

Yep.. And sorry, I didnt see that you asked about how I was... Things are just really bad between my family and my friends... And untill April 11, things will be really bad with my family =/ Its just been to long since I could be happy... Why are you grumpy? You were flirty when you first got on...

ninjakitty 03-11-2006 04:00 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

That's all right. I threw the question in as an edit. I'm grumpy cuz I'm at work, and have been at work all day. It was such a beautiful day outside, and I was stuck here behind a computer. Blah. I'm still flirty, though, but grumpy too. Odd combo, I know.

Re: Nordinho pub

Are you still at work? How late is it where you live?

ninjakitty 03-11-2006 04:21 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Yah, I'm still at work. It's around 7:30 PM here, and I got here at 12:30. I'm gonna be here for another hour and a half. I'm getting sleepy just thinking about it. Sooooo boring.

kiljo 03-11-2006 04:28 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Ill probably be here for the next hour and a half to keep you company, if that helps? So what do you want to talk about?

ninjakitty 03-11-2006 04:33 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Thanks, that does help, sweetie. So . . . what are your hobbies, interests, etc? I like to read, write, play video games, and I'm a black belt in karate. Most people find that unbelievable because I look so sweet and innocent.

kiljo 03-11-2006 04:36 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Cool, I like to juggle and play games... What kinda games do you like to play? And congratulations on being a black belt! Something Ive always wondered about is does size matter in martial arts? Like even though you are a black belt could a 250lb blue belt take you down?

ninjakitty 03-11-2006 04:45 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

My favorite games to play are the one man shooters, like Golden-eye (a classic!). I just got an X-BOX 360 a little while ago, and I really like Perfect Dark Zero. As for size in karate, if you know how to use your size to your advantage, it doesn't matter how big you are. I am 5'8", which is pretty tall for a chick, but I only weigh around 120 pounds. In tournaments, I am put in the heavy weight division because of my height, but most of the girls I fight weigh twice as much as me (or more!). The last tournament I went to, the girl was huge that I was fighting, and she tried to use her size to intimidate me. She played real cheap, and would punch me in the head as hard as she could, after the judges called time and I wasn't paying attention. She was trying to scare me into submission. I used my smaller size against her. I had speed and flexability, and I kicked her ****. My instructor was a small guy, and he always compared martial arts to a Pit Bull. Those dogs are small, but they can take down a bull by the throat because they know how to use their bodies. I feel confident that I could take on pretty much anyone, regardless of their size.

Re: Nordinho pub

I love Goldeneye! And one of my friends is a brown belt and he says that sparing me is really annoying... Ive never done any martial arts before and he always beats me, but he is about 5'7" and Im 6'5"... But I can understand that if you are too big, you couldnt move fast enough to go on the offensive effectivly.

ninjakitty 03-11-2006 04:52 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Ooooooh. Another Goldeneye junkie. I think we'll get along just fine then. Wow, 6'5"! You're tall! I think long limbs can definately be an advantage in the martial arts. I have long legs, so I can kick someone who's 6'5" right in the face :)

Sadie555 03-11-2006 04:52 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Hey everybody. (I like Goldeneye too) How is everyone?

ninjakitty 03-11-2006 04:54 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Hi, I'm doing good now. I'm still at work, but talking about Goldeneye always cheers me up.

Sadie555 03-11-2006 04:55 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Wow gees. You really do like Goldeneye don't you? I mean, I know people who get cheered up by the thought of a nice day, or a special surprize, but just by talking about Goldeneye? ......Oh well.

kiljo 03-11-2006 04:57 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Hey... Goldeneye is a fun game that holds many a good time in it... I completely understand how it can make things better for you! As for me, well... Im not so well... How are you?

Sadie555 03-11-2006 05:00 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Aww, what's wrong?

Things have just been getting worse for about the past eight months... And now they are rather bad with my friends and absolutly horrible with my family... Anywho... How are you?

Sadie555 03-11-2006 05:08 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

pretty well for now.

ninjakitty 03-11-2006 05:10 AM

Re: Nordinho pub

Oh, Kiljo, cheer up! It can't rain all the time, right? And yes, I do love Goldeneye that much, Sadie, my husband and his best friend got me hooked on it in highschool, and we still play it at least once a week, maybe more. Those two think they are the best Goldeneye players that ever walked the earth, and so far, it seems to be true. They have never been beat.
