I have 2 parakeet,one female and one male,but the male killed the first one(he didn't let her eat,and blinded one of her eyes) and tried to kill the second.So i had to separated the male from the female.

well good luck! If you cannot sleep you should go out of bed and read for ten minutes then try again. Its recommended for people with insomnia.

I love reading before sleeping, but some people tell me its bad because it wakes your brain up or something. I don't think i believe it though.
