The creator made it because he thought that riddles like Notpron were too hard.

Hey Jim, please don't be upset with Toumette - she was just pointing out that a lot of people are excluded from the game when something bizarre is asked for.
WeeMan's obviously very artistic and can help, but not everyone has photoshop, and some people aren't very artistic.
