Juliana said this after WO II. She just didn't get what happened - it was a mystery to her why that war was the way it was, genocide and all. And she was quite unforgivable towards people that were "on the wrong side". She refused to have empathy for people that had not been on her side, the side of the Netherlands as she saw it.
Too me, it is the fact of deliberately hurting other people that I don't get and therfore I like the quote. Plus that it was our queen that said it :silly:
