I'm sorry to be boring... but still, untill everyone will know the rules -

2. Could you not post E or Y ending words as it is VERY hard to find words starting with these letters, which haven't already been used.

So - twerp has been used before, so I'm ignoring it & posting another T word:

SHEAR - To remove (fleece or hair) by cutting or clipping.

Riata - A lariat; a lasso.
