User may see the following folders:

i. Their own personal folder, denoted by their username e.g. tmcmillian in Figure 8 above.
ii. If they have access to the General Folder, which is a guest folder for all users e.g. General in Figure 8 above.
iii. If they are a member of a Presentation Group, the user will also see the Presentation Group Folder listed e.g. Science in Figure 8 above.
