Sports (sort of)

In what venue did Wrestlemania III take place and what then record was broken there?

K'Lyn 02-01-2007 05:28 AM

Re: 80's TRIVIA CHALLENGE

Sorry for being so ignorant but what do you mean by "In what venue did Wrestlemania III take place"?

vtjess423 02-01-2007 07:05 AM

Re: 80's TRIVIA CHALLENGE

K'lyn, I believe venue means where it took place, like the building it was held in. For this instance I think the asnwer is:

It was held in the Pontiac Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan on March 29, 1987 and the record it was noted for was that it had a reported attendance record of 93,173, the largest North American indoor crowd to witness a live sporting event and largest paid crowd in the history of professional wrestling.
