Oh, dear... Okay, I've found that the longest Lunar Eclipse of the 20th century was on July 16, 2000 which lasted 108 minutes but in the '80s, on July 6, 1982, an eclipse lasted 106 minutes, making that the longest in the '80s.

Well this is what I was looking for and according to my records this was the longest in the 20th century not just the 80's. Maybe they were just looking at 1900-1999 and not including 2000, even though technically that's not accurate. :silly: Oh, well you got what I wanted....
