Haha, I'm not ITS! Although I think she might have solved it easily, too :)
Don't know, first I googled "scar" and "fair", and the result came right up. Then it wasn't far to link "borough" with "borrow" and prove I was right...

What is borrowing other than receiving first and giving back later ;)?
