Scouser, you didn't miss anything, it's just that Vivi says I have bad eyesight because I couldn't make out her previous pictionary (before she enlarged it).

The title is what you see in the picture, not just in the songtext.
It's a person and not a doll or cartoon sort of fiction man. And he (or she, doesn't really matter) is leaving yes, also you could say......the door. (please fill in two words on the dots and that's your songtitle)
