Well your kinda right. It is New York, but not Houston street. It is 300 Lafayette street at the intersection of Houston street.

Again don't think it matters lol.

It doesnt matter where the location is, the picture I found of the particular contraption in the image just happened to be in New York ! and the reason I chose Peter Griffin is because of what he is in Family Guy !
