It's probably worrisome if anybody over 25-30 recognizes a rapper from sight, but hey, there's no accounting for taste ;).

See, I know the name Eminem, but the thing is, as soon as I hear two words of a rap I'm OUTTA there :wall: I hate rap and so I never get to see what they look like.

Its nothing to do with rap music celli, far from it.

We have a daughter who was hung up on him for a bit, during the time his movie "8 mile" came out. Didn't watch it then, but later one night at a party, someone had rented it, and everyone (drunk) fell asleep watching it but me (sober). I sat through the whole thing, just because I thought I should see it at least once. (and because Kim Basinger played his mom, I kinda like her.)

He's not bad looking, either, love his chin. :tongue: And I've since seen several of his videos - he used to look like he was having a great time, played lots of different characters in several of them, fun to watch. Plus his lyrics are often amazingly meaningful, if you listen to them.

But in general, I don't much care for rap either! :biggrin:

He is one of the most famous singer/song writer/musicians in the world.
